Yes, I know there's already a wonderful conversation default set for medieval gameplay, but-
This set almost entirely uses icons from The Sims Medieval. The only categories I left alone were weather, arts & crafts (FT), tell story about art (AL), and a few other instances in FT's hobby discussions. Some changes were a bit of a stretch, but I hope they make sense, especially if you're familiar with TSM and what the icons stand for.
Feel free to make any changes and use the icons however you like, they're all maxis. You can find a complete list of the changes down below under the downloads.
I recommend using these together with the TSM speech bubbles by Simborg.
I also made TSM replacement book covers for maximum maxis-match, and a set of default icons for writing novels.
